If an applicant is unable to meet either the rental history requirement or income requirement, a co-signer may be accepted. Please note, not meeting both the income and rental history requirement will result in a denial.

I believe this company should change their name to "Inferior Property Management". I was helping my college age son so contacted them regarding a property they represented. First we were not allowed to inspect the property until after we signed the rental agreement. We were shown a video of it instead. Second, we were charged over $10,000 in move in costs for an older two bedroom apartment. I was never given a proper accounting of how they arrived at that figure. I still don't have it. Third, we discussed having a roommate up front eventually to live with my son and we were told the new person

We are renting a house from Superior, and it has been very smooth all along the way. We rented while out of town, and they were extremely accommodating. Mieke gave a great video walk through that helped us get a sense of the house, and she answered all of our many questions. We just had the first maintenance request today. I submitted early in the morning, and a repair person called within an hour, and came out the same day and made the repair. Very professional group!

Rented from this company for about 15 months and felt like they were responsive and professional. My only issue was during the move-out. We cleaned our house from top to bottom and replaced the furnace filter literally the day we handed the keys over. A month later, we received our security deposit/final accounting and they deducted $15.57 for a furnace filter and $30 for the time it took the maintenance guy to replace it...I've called the office to let them know that this was done by us on our move-out day and I have not heard back. IF we had known we would be charged for something like this,

I could hardly believe the top level professionalism handled by A Superior Property Management Company. The sink backed up on Friday at 4:pm right before a holiday weekend, everyone was just on it. The first guy that came out (Ron) was super cautious and safe re: COVID policy and he did all that he could to try and fix.

Superior property management has an unethical view of potential renters. They are discriminatory towards who they allow to rent, denying applicants for invalid reasons only AFTER they send your background check fee through a paranoid and invasive company who will harass your references and be extremely rude. DO NOT recommend.
*There’s a difference between “an extensive background check” and a man who mistreats your references and during a phone call with your manager says “I’m just on the phone with another f*%#$@€+ annoying person”. Absolutely unacceptable I don’t care WHAT this

I love working with this property management team.
I appreciate that I can call them at anytime and ask for a quick sit down in the office to ask questions or set goals as a team. That's the beauty of using a more "boutique" firm.
I only have one property with them. But they make me feel like all my questions and concerns are important and worth the time.

It's been about seven months since I moved out of a property managed by superior. I think one situation defines perfectly what kind of company this is. Towards the end of our stay in this unit we went 10 days without water. They did not communicate with us about an estimated time to have our water back up. Nor did they actually tell us when water was working or that we could use it again. We had to call for them to then inform us "oh yeah it's already fixed". So after all this inconvenience we simply asked for a rent credit for the 10 days. YES 10 DAYS! Without water. They

I have had such a wonderful experience with A Superior Property Management Company! In searching for an apartment, they stood out from the other companies. This is a horrible company. They treated my wife and I like children when we took immaculate care of the home we rented. They were slow to non-existent with the repairs, their frequent inspections were intrusive, their attitude was unprofessional and at times confrontational, they are slow to give back the deposit which I still have not received after 31 days and I'm expecting the worst despite us cleaning the home thoroughly. They want nothing to do with you other than receiving the rent money. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

They are very slow to perform work orders and don't even show up for some of them. They flat out lie on the move-out work needed and performed.

We left the place cleaner than it was when we moved in and they still charged us over $300 for cleaning and repairs and $175 for carpet cleaning even though the carpets were in no way professionally cleaned when we moved in.

Be warned. They will rip you off on your deposit. Unfortunate and sad to have such a dishonest and unscrupulous property management company in Bend Oregon.

This review is LONG overdue!! My boyfriend and I moved out over a year ago and at the time of our move-out we had a few issues arise and because of some of the other reviews on here, I was a little worried. All of our questions were answered and Andee worked with us on any item we brought up and everything was resolved to our satisfaction and went very smooth. At exactly the 30 day mark we received almost ALL of our security deposit back (we broke the lease to buy a home).
During the time we rented from A Superior we had a few maintenance calls that were handled pretty quickly... One was electrical

I'm pretty impressed with superior so far. From the moment we applied, to the viewing and then completing the process to move into our new apartment has been great. Everything went very smooth. Signing the lease was pain free as well as getting the keys on move in day. The person I spoke to over the phone was always pleasant and helpful. Mieke is one of the agents who I worked with. She was great, she has even reached out couple weeks later to see how I'm enjoying the new place. Something Ive never experienced renting from someone. Overall I'm happy.

Please avoid Superior Property Management at all costs for both home owners and renters. I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so here. Lets begin from the beginning. We moved from Sacramento and found a great home on the SW side of town. It had a garage and a level driveway for parking as we had three automobiles. This was very much needed as we took care of our automobiles and specifically looked for a home that had ample parking. We had horrible experiences with this company. We are A+ renters with nearly perfect credit and outstanding references. We were treated like we were living in halfway house for delinquents. They don't two rips about the renters...only the owners.

I give this place a 3 because some days you'll get good service and some days you get bad. Sometimes you talk to a nice person on the phone and sometimes you do not. I know everyone hates property management companies but Superior is actually pretty superior to other companies I've dealt with. They provide good homes to choose from. They are upfront about fees and deposits when you go to start renting a place so there isn't any surprise fees or whatever after the fact. The staff is overall pretty Nice. I do not care for this company, they took our application fees, took 9 days and still no word on the house we applied for. If there was an issue we should have been called not ignored. This agency seems to frown on previous home ownership and insists on rental references that when you own a home are not available. So no I would never recommend this property management to anyone. They don't use phones, don't return calls and ask what you want? Hello ? An update.. on any issues would have been great.

These guys are great. We rented from them for 4 years. They took care of service requests promptly. Their online portal is excellent for paying rent and requesting repairs. They were very thorough when they screened us as tenants and I think that's a great policy in this tight rental market. I would highly recommend them. I really enjoyed working with their entire staff.

I am so happy I didn't get the apartment I applied for through this property management company! I believe they get away with discriminating against applicants by saying they didn't receive this or that when applying online. The apartment we applied for said no dogs, I am disabled & provided proof that my dog is a service animal, when going into the office they said they received my roommate's application & all of his necessary proof & they said they received my attachments (proof of income, etc.) but not my application. WHAT? These attachments were attached to the application

I hate when I have to write a 'bad' review, but I've been laminating this for too long!

We would have been tenants at a property managed by Superior, but we feel they give no concern to possible tenants when presenting to homeowners... and, sadly, we have PROOF!

We'd wanted to rent a very convenient property for about 5mths and offered to pay a premium (higher rent for the opportunity to do so)... we were told the shortest lease term would be 6mths and that this particular property would want a 12mth term.
We asked to be presented anyway, that we'd likely be able to
