Both the doctor and technician were super supportive and informative for our childhood cat's final hours. We were told every step of the way how what to expect in a very considerate and compassionate manner and provided us with the greatest and most intimate way of sending off our loved one. Thank you for doing all that you do for our furry family members and those they leave behind. Susu was fortunate to have you guide us down this difficult path.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never in my life experienced such a horrible experience with the receptionists here and the vets. They recorded me without my knowledge and talked to other patients without me knowing. Then threatened me with my career to my boss to take down my review that I have previously yelped about being recorded. Which I did because I felt threatened. The vet was telling my boss if I don't take down the review, I would be fired! Mind you everything I said in the review was true. Which as an owner you can take down a review yourself if it's false. But no

After calling 3 or 4 vets in my area, I decided to give Tri-County a try as everyone near me was booked solid and understaffed and couldn't see my cat (I was originally there in 2013 but I moved away). Dr. Torres was great. She took the time to explain each test and each test result in order to come up with a plan of treatment.

Great staff all of them. They took great care of my rescue dog "MOLLY" who has gone over the rainbow road. Now we have another old rescue dog from Wayne animal shelter and Dr. Torres is his new friend. Everyone working at Tri County are real animal lovers.Carl our new little ShihTzu loves everyone also.

Brought my dog in on an emergency cause my other vet is closed for renovation after being bought by another company. Because of covid, I wasn't able to go into the office but the doctor called me and spoke for 10 minutes and it never felt like she was trying to rush me off the phone. She was very thorough in checking my dog and did not try to over-charge me for things my dog didn't need at the time and instead recommended we wait a week to see if we need to do more inclusive testing. My dog also gets very anxious at the vet and unlike my previous vet, Dr. Torres noticed it and spoke to me about

The doctors and staff take great care of the animals, and reassure the owners throughout a procedure. They also follow up in a timely manner and you are not left to wonder when they will get back to you. The doctors and staff go above and beyond to make all feel better.

Dr. Torres and dr. Silberman are hands down the best doctors around. I would recommend them to everyone. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care. Take the time to explain everything in detail. I will never use another vet again. Thank you both for everything you have done for me and my fur babies. I would give you 10 stars if I could!!!!

Took my dog there for about 6 months. Dr. Silberman is so great. He gave us all the facts and options and let us make the best decision for our pet and family. We ultimately needed to put my 10 year old chocolate lab down due to complications with Lymes disease. Everyone there was very compassionate. Dr. Silberman was so wonderful. He talked us through exactly what to expect and gave us all the time we needed to say good bye to our family pet. They gave us an imprint of her paw print in memory of her. I highly recommend this facility.

I LOVE this veterinary practice! Dr. Silberman and Dr. Steele are not only wonderful at treating animals, but also their human owners. The two doctors are compassionate and knowledgeable, and the office is clean, modern, and efficiently run. The staff is kind and friendly, and many times when I've called with a question they've been able to put the doctor on the phone. If a callback is required it is done in a short amount of time. I used another veterinary practice for almost 20 years and decided to make the switch last year... I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend these

I found Dr. Silberman in a Nutley vet before he opened his new practice. My cats were all neutered/spayed by him. I've had cats my whole life, and never have they come home from these surgeries like they never even had them. Was told to keep them quiet, but they all ran around like it was a normal day. So, needless to say, when I found he opened his own practice, I did not hesitate to transfer records.. Since then, we've luckily only had preventive procedures and well visits, but Dr. takes time to explain everything thourougly, and answer any questions you have without EVER being

I am so excited that Dr. Silberman has opened his own practice--FINALLY! He has been my dog's veterinarian for at least the last five years (probably longer, but who can remember). I initially saw him when he worked in Nutley. Since then, I moved from Kearny down toward Princeton. Dr. Silberman provided me with a few referrals to veterinarians who were close to my house but, honestly, not one ever came CLOSE to the level of care he provides. Here are a few reasons why:
(1) My dog loves him--he lets her jump on him and kiss him to her heart's content. How many dogs like going to
