The rental experience is always best when owners and tenants are clear on who is responsible for various aspects of the rental process. 1 Accurately completing all application forms and promptly providing any needed supporting documents. 2 Setting up utilities in your name, including water, gas, electric, sewer, trash/recycling and any others that may be applicable in your municipality.

Please return the Inventory & Condition Form via email or fax within 3-5 days of your move in date, including photographic verification of any items noted on the form. Please note that if a photo is not received for the documented item, the notation will be marked as invalid.

For timely scheduling, please submit any repair requests separately to our Maintenance Department by calling 972-233-1888, option 3, or submitting the request through your Tenant Portal.
