Dr. Kovach worked me in, even though I wasn’t her patient when I chipped my tooth, She and her staff were so understanding, Dr Kovach was at her other office working and took the time to come to her other office we’re i was. I am now her permanent patient because of the great experience I had. I recommend her, she’s wonderful.

I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this office with regard to patient confidentiality and patient records. They filed my claim on my spouse’s insurance even though I filled out all the paperwork with my own insurance information. That messed up the billing. Then for two years they continued to notify ME about HIS appointments. If they are this haphazard about office procedures, how do they manage patient care?

Dr. Kovach is a wonderful dentist. She will clean your teeth herself. I really like that as I think it keeps her more aware of what is going on with your teeth and gums. She is super friendly, professional and an expert at what she does. We have not ever left her office feeling rushed or disappointed with our dental visit. Meghan is top notch also. Great experience from the time you enter the doors until you exit the doors.
