Triton Terrace

Quiet, friendly, clean and safe community. Convenient location. 5 stars across the board! I really enjoy living here and I would recommend this location to anyone! As long as i'm living in Utah, I'll be living at Triton Terrace

We have lived here since 2017, they have always been very clear with the fees and amounts due. We love the place, it is well cared, if we need something to be serviced they will fix in a timely manner keeping us up to date of what is being done to resolve the problem. During this period we moved from the apartments to the Townhomes and everything was very smooth with the office. I really have nothing to complain about Triton Terrace!

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Maintenance response is great. And I love how the complex is quite and great views

I have had no problems with Triton. I pay my rent on time every month, and in return I get all of my needs met. If I have a problem w/in my apartment someone comes and fixes it the same day. The pool and hot tub are an amazing amenity. It overlooks the city and has mountain views. I have recommended several friends to live here as it is a great home.

The building is not kept clean and management doesn’t address issues when you bring them up. There have been carpet pieces in the hallway for over a month from them changing the neighbors carpet. There has been food on the stairs for months, peeling paint chunks hanging in the stairwell which I spoke to management about months ago, dozens of dead bugs in the stairwell as well. Some of the residents leave trash outside their doors and it smells and stains the area. The advertised rent is $400 more than a year ago. I have been treated very poorly by office staff and had to speak with the regional

Nice views. Quiet where I'm at. Good size space and location. They should clean stairwells at least once a month. It's easy enough to lease w/d but they should have in all units or take care of it for you. Gym equipment is kind of old.

We met with Jena for a tour on Thursday and she was gracious with her time to show us one available and the model unit. Very easy to work with and beautiful grounds.

I LOVED living here. The views are incredible, and the pool is the perfect spot to hang out at, the hot tub is open all year long too. We have a dog so we loved how dog-friendly it was with a dog park and little stations all over with doggy bags and trash can. My favorite part was the location, so close to amazing trails for running, biking and right by the freeway and we found some great local restaurants. The management is also so nice and professional. We miss Triton Terrace!

I lived here for a few years and absolutely LOVED IT! The only reason I moved was because I couldn't afford a two bedroom on my own. Friendly office staff, great maintenance, great pool, great view (until they started doing construction on the other surrounding buildings so unsure on that perk now

Moved in about a month and half ago and we love this apartment. The property managers are super friendly and accommodating. The space is perfect for our little family and rarely even hear neighbors. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place in a great location with friendly neighbors.

We have lived here for almost 3 years now. Great community in a perfect location! The apartments are well kept and the team is exceptional. The maintenance team is efficient and timely which is super convenient! We love our home :)

I love living here. Beautiful apartments and amazing staff. In the winter the snow is always shoveled and all year round the apartment is well maintained. Prices may seem high but its worth it for how nice and well taken care of the apartment is. We look at lower price places and the staff was lazy and rude and the apartments looked like no one took care of them so it's worth the extra cash.

Worst communication ever. No one takes responsibility for anything. If you get an answer from one person in the office make sure you ask the rest of them to make sure you have all the info. They will send threatening emails and voicemails over issues you had no clue about. Not worth the $$ everything breaks and is unavailable. Hot tub broke for weeks on end, fire place works here and there, air conditioner units break for days at a time and serious electrical issues.
