Kawika, Brandy, Alexis, and their manager Erin were awesome at answering all my questions (I asked a lot) getting us moved in. They totally beat expectations for a property management team with their phenomenal service and excellent teamwork.
I promise you if you are looking to move in, management will not be a problem as they sometimes can be. You can sleep easy knowing that your entire apartment complex is well taken care of and the grounds will never be neglected.
Besides management being awesome, the apartments themselves are some of the best money can buy in the area. Gas oven, gas range

I had a problem with the office staff not responding to messages when I began the rental process; as a result, I lost my application fee and had to find another apartment. I felt that the office staff was largely to blame and requested that my application fee be refunded. When I didn’t feel the management staff took my request seriously, I submitted a review. I discovered that they take their online image serious. You’ll note that with any negative review, they will attempt to take the issue away from public view. UPDATE: I had been working with the office to get out of my contract, and they were doing everything they could. To be honest, the problem lies with the corporate offices. Some of the rules changed when management changed, and that is the biggest contributor to our issues. To be totally fair, this place has not been hell as I made it seem in previous review. I was incredibly frustrated when I wrote it. I think it is highly important to ensure you ask all the questions and read all the part of the lease. As a renter, you just don't have a lot of rights. Should that be the case? No, but it is. And

They were partying even last night and it was so annoying.How many more times we should give a call? I think there is no point in complaining.It’s a weekend so i can expect the worst from tonight till Monday.
What’s wrong with the new residents of 3421? Partying all night, that too on a weekday? Seriously??? Don’t you guys think that we neighbors should also get some sleep? Why management is not noticing this? That entire sidewalk stinks.

I moved into my apartment home this past September. I sent an email to the office staff about cigarette smoke coming into my apartment and I never received a response. There is nothing worse than smelling stale smoke in your apt home. Unfortunately my neighbor has been smoking cigarettes in his/her apartment and the smell is seeping into my apartment, more specifically into the bathroom. I would really like to be able to breath clean air in my apartment home. I know Green Leaf has a smoke free policy so I’m hopeful you will be able to put an end to this problem. We lived here for about a year and the entire experience was amazing. The only reason we left was to become homeowners. (We actually joked that we wished we could buy our apartment) Usually moving out of an apartment complex is when they show their true colors and Green Leaf showed that they really do care about their tenants as much as it seemed they did when we moved in.
They were fair, honest, and went above and beyond in making sure we were squared away post move out. Jo Ann and Alexis were both so great. I’d recommend Green Leaf East Village to anyone looking for a place in Sandy.

This is home and best place I’ve lived yet! My cat I I have lived here since January ‘17 and this photo is from my porch. My 1 bed/bath was new when I moved in. Super sleek spacious and very comfortable.
Since I my cat and I moved in, the complex was bought by another company, Green Leaf. They’ve made a huge difference to the place. It’s maintained the way it is meant to be now. Pool is always clean and the grounds are manicured and pleasing to the eye. The new management team are really cool. Always eager to help never inconvenienced.
