Liberty Hill Apartments

I moved into Liberty Hill in 2015. Was only planning to stay for a year. 6 years later I had to move out on short notice. The management was great. The people are great. My neighbors are great. I would highly recommend Liberty Hill as a place to make your home.

I loved living here. It was a great location with a beautiful view. Office is super friendly and maintenance is on top of it.

Well to start off the townhome is older along with the appliances but i didn't care about that, it is a quite area and the maintenance guys are awesome... But moving out and getting charged A TON OF MONEY which they did not disclose to me was a horrible experience, their simple excuse to me "its written in the discloser of your rent contract" but they do not tell you that simple info when you give your 30 days, they Nickle and dime you on everything they can. Management will probably respond to this with "please contact us to resolve this issue" well i did and guess what, yall won't do anything

Unsafe place for cars, people stolen cars! It’s not the first time. The condo has free access for everyone, no cameras or locked gates to protect ourselves. Office manager don’t do anything !!!!!

I recently moved in. Had a couple minor issues. Gloria was awesome and quick to help me the same day. It is a nice place and so far I would recommend it.

I wanted take a moment to thank Gloria and all the other great staff members Liberty Hill Apartments, Draper, UT. They work hard to make sure Liberty Hill is a Community and not just a rental property.

We lived here for 2 years and 4 months. With all things settled now after moving out, I'd like to leave a detailed review for both management and for any prospective renters.
CONS:
- The units are starting to get a bit old and worn down with all the turnover. Maintenance does a solid job keeping up with things, but they don't ever really get ahead.
- Speaking of maintenance, I think they only have two people employed for the whole community. So it's tough to get someone to your unit, especially for something small. Don't get me wrong, the maintenance workers are stellar and super nice, but I

I have lived here for 6 months and I absolutely love it! The management is incredible. Very friendly, curteous, and respectful of their tenants. I don’t ever dread going to the leasing office, I actually enjoy going because they are so kind and cheerful. I highly recommend this community. The view is spectacular and I have never had an issue. Keep up the great work staff!

Lived here for 6 months. Living experience was great until we moved out. They never gave us our deposit back. We made sure we clean the place nicely before we left. They charged us for carpet cleaning and bunch of other stuffs. Anyone who moves here make sure you clear the part about getting your deposit back Because YOU WONT!!

I have been a resident for 2 years and really enjoy living here. I very seldom hear my neighbor. The grounds always look so nice. The maintenance staff always responds quickly. And the ladies in the office are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Liberty Hill!
