I spoke to Tony, the owner, on the phone and he was able to answer all of my questions and schedule an inspection very promptly, even with it being the holiday season. The inspector that I met with, Erik, was exceptional and very professional and patient with my questions. I would consider this a very sound investment.

They also helped ask the "more difficult" questions we had for our job sup. and were strategic in getting our builder to go above and beyond (things like sealing around the shower head) as well as clearly communicating problems that needed to be fixed before we close.
