The Mission of the Healthwise Foundation is to provide quality preventive and restorative healthcare services to Ventura County. It is part of our mission to maintain and restore good health to the underserved populations of the county by rates that are consistent with a clients ability to pay. We realize an individual's ability to access care may be hindered by limited income, resources, cultural and language barriers.

All clinical staff require a minimum of one (1) year recent home health and/or acute care with current California license. All CHHA positions must have a California CNA and HHA certification.
