The WORST customer service.! Management is just a female dog is you know what I mean. They have 7 visitor parking spots for the entire place. They want to charge $100 PER MONTH for an extra parking spot. Did I mention the manager that answers the phone is terrible! Talks to you like you're below her, like you're wasting your wasting her time. Like, what do you want??? Its absolutely horrible. She clearly hates her job. The "managers" don't have a waiting list supposedly. They tell you to check in every month too see if something is available and they always tell you no. Yes if you talk to anyone

I have lived here for almost 18 years my son was raise here, we are close to the best schools in the area, shopping centers, freeways, markets, beach, swapmeet, parks and more. I have no complaints it is a very quiet and clean place, with pool area, handy computer room for homework, grill area, family room for bigger events and we are allow to have our own grill on the patio, and small pets. Also connections for washer and dryer in the apartment. They have the best maintenance service any tame and manager always helpful. I'm really happy living here and I would highly recommend to everyone.

As a long time Village Heights resident, 16 years in same unit, and likely longest original tenant, I can say living here has been a tremendous blessing! The 75 unit complex was built in 1999 and I moved in as 2nd tenant to my 3br/2ba 2.5 story townhouse in mid-2001. I chose the location based on the neighborhood. Safe and centrally located near OC Fairgrounds/Swap meet, multiple colleges: Orange Coast Collage, Vanguard University and UCI), some of the most amazing shopping in the country (Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum) and easy access to multiple freeways (55, 405, 73) making

I absolutely love this community! The grounds are well-kept and any maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. There are 3 different floor-plans and are laid out very well. The neighbors are great and the management is courteous and attentive. It's proximity to shopping and freeway access, while not being on too busy a street is a bonus. Plus, there is a pool and on-site laundry room if you are unable to use the washer/dryer hookups. I love this place :)

I've lived here over 8 years the place is great quiet and clean maintenance is awesome and the after school program for the kids its great!! However The property Manager is horrible at customer service and not very nice at ALL!!!!! I have referred clients and friends to call to see if any availability and they have all said the person at the office if horrible. We have had great managers not sure why they change them and why we keep the horrible ones.
