Madison Heights

I recently found out about this place, 4 months ago. I wish it had been sooner, since I am separating from my spouse, and is in need of housing. I was informed through email, that there is a 2 year waitlist. They look beautiful and well maintained, through pics. I can't wait til I can apply!!

I live in appt 9112 I’m disabled because I have reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy the upstairs neighbors Is inconsiderate of that she plays music at night like she does it on purpose not allowing me to sleep and sleep
Effects how my Day will be. The office doesn’t do nothing so if your disabled I don’t recommend living here. Go anywhere but here

They had books for free for kids 0-8th grade awesome to keep our kids practicing reading😀

I would like to thank everyone at Madison Heights who made it possible for our New Home. My husband and I waited for what seemed to be an eternity, but we are now Home! Professional Management (sometimes a little rude) but hey we all have bad day's. Maintenance is very proficient, the grounds are very well kept up, it is very peaceful here and I have nothing but GOOD things to say about our beautiful Home.(apartment). I do need to speak to the Management about their Handicapped Parking. But other than that MADISON HEIGHTS APARTMENTS I GIVE YOU A.. 5 ***** rating. Thank You!

I called last week and asked about an apt was told I need to come in and fell out paper wok to apply so I went in today and the lady at the desk was so rued all she kept saying was no i was lien she could have just said sorry someone misinformed you I think I was to por for them so many nice newer cars in the parking lot and min is run down felt. Like I did not belong do they really help people how despite need it

Cause it's a new place to live . also they do a lot for the community each month . this month they did back to school and root beer floats. I would like to thank Madison Heights Staff and upper management. From the Ramirez children # 6103 . Thank you .

The management is awesome the maintenance department is very meticulous. The property is beautiful, I think this is one of the only properties out there with a water park for the kids. They also have fantastic facilities for everyone ranging from computer rooms to fitness rooms. It's a no brainer Madison Heights is really hard to beat.

Beautiful apartments, clean and brand-new. Wood laminate floors throughout, ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms. Beautiful community center.
