I’ve lived here for a year and just renewed my lease for 14 months. Amenities are amazing and well kept, staff is over the top friendly and in my personal experience it’s very quiet. Since I knew I wanted to prioritize low noise I picked a 3rd floor unit facing opposite of a pool. So, take that into consideration.
Parking has been a bit of a challenge in the past, but the office has cracked down on illegal parking lately, so I’m sure that’ll smooth over soon.
I decided to stay here even with my job being in Tempe, because it’s that great of a place to live.

I would definitely not recommend. At first these apartments seem very nice and modern HAA yeh right.. 2 week of living here the flooring was coming up called maintenance twice to fix it few days later came up again .. apartments are waaaaay to noisy. Management is also a headache they are constantly calling asking for things it’s like your required to be in your apartment 24/7 ex: they wanted to put our fire extinguisher out to be inspected I wasn’t home they blew my phone up . Very annoying apartment community … also they do random inspections which is also annoying .. I would not recommend

Stop ignoring the dog park. It’s absolutely nasty and unhealthy for our dogs to be in there when we have selfish dog owners who live here that get away with leaving their piles everywhere. The dog park is what sold me on moving here. I’ve complained about this for over a year and no real solution has come about. This is a constant battle between the good residents and management who can’t handle the bad ones.
Also if you call in a complaint it goes to a call center and not your particular complex. Acero owns a ton of properties. Be ready to wait and then it’s on you to stay on them for

I have a lot to say about living here. I'll start with the cons.
Con #1: It is a noisy place to live. I heard my upstairs neighbors constantly. I could hear when they got home, whenever they closed doors like cabinets or closets, their footsteps were so loud I could tell what room they were in (sometimes it sounded like they were about to fall through the ceiling). I could also hear whenever they turned on a sink, did laundry, take a shower or bath, and flushed the toilet. I heard my downstairs neighbors whenever they were talking loudly, when their kids were crying, and whenever they played music

We lived here for less than a year and it was the easiest thing ever. Hassle free, we never had any problems or issues. For us because we were near the pool there were times that it would be too loud in our sons room but I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone and everyone. They have ton of amenities. They have monthly "gatherings" or "events" that is super cool and special for them to have. The staff was always super friendly whenever we needed help with anything. I loved living here. Thank you for everything.

The apartments are nice but I wish I would’ve known my unit was right beside the busy street. Coming from another complex, I miss the upgraded/modern appliances such as the washer, dryer and fridge. I will say the leasing office people are nice and friendly and they’re always willing to help which is a plus. The only true downside of this apartment complex are the guest parking spots...they barely exist. It’s causing guest to park in the Tesla spots or other covered spots.

The site was easy to use, and the staff is super friendly and supportive! They’ve handled anything I’ve needed promptly and super quick. I don’t do a lot of online reviews but I felt the need to leave some good feedback about my interactions; all which have been amazing! :)

Having lived in our home for over 20 years, I wasn't sure how I'd like apartment living, but wow! what a fantastic place!
We're in the midst of building a new home and moved from Wisconsin. I'm so glad we found Acero Estrella Commons! The complex is so convenient to shopping and great restaurants and the interiors are comfortable, modern and very well kept. The balconies just can't be beat!
Yes, the streets are noisy, so I'd recommend choosing a unit that faces inward. It's not the fault of the complex, just the noisy cars in the area.
The staff is absolutely top notch and has been so incredibly

So far the move has proven to be a GREAT choice! The unit is more spacious than we had at first thought because the space is used so well. The third floor view and airflow is AMAZING as well! This apartment is just as nice as any new house for sale on the market right now.
Acero has AWESOME leasing agents who have never turned me away even though they are super busy. I try not to bug them too much as we get settled in but when I do pop into the office they always offer a friendly face and quick, accurate assistance.
The maintenance staff is AWESOME as well! I had a few minor issues that were

I have lived here for less than 1 month. At first I thought it was great. But, today changed my mind. I put in a work order to lower my shower pole. The maintenance person came quickly. However, he immediately began by telling me he would wear his mask but that I didn't have to. When I told him I work in healthcare and prefer to wear my mask in an effort to protect my co-workers, patients, friends and family he laughed and generally mocked me for my opinion. When we went to survey the trouble spot, he argued with me concerning the height of the shower curtain rod. The rod should be 72" from floor

Highly impressed with the build quality and the fantasic floorplans this community offers. During my community tour the office staff treated me extremely well and they were super knowledgeable! I ended up leasing at Acero Cooley Station, a sister property in Gilbert, AZ. Moved in 3 months ago and the customer service has been on point. So I'd say that residents at Acero Estrella Commons should also have a positive experience. Thanks for reading and best of luck in your apartment search.
