Mountain View Apartments

They kept my security deposit and charged me for something that was already there. They will mess up your credit if you rent here and their plumbing is really bad I hope whoever tries to rent here , try to think it over a/c units are bad. I know I cleaned my apartment good cause I went from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom and they gave me my security deposit back on the so they’re either poor management who conn their customers or they discriminate on who they pick and choose

I've lived here close to a year. Management is really great and friendly while having a human touch. They understand things break and life happens. (ANYTHING that has been broke, they fixed the same day which is awesome!) When filling out my lease, they explained everything in detail to me which I've never had happen before. There were no secret loop holes. Just honest and straight forward.
There are some suggestive people who do come into the apartment complex but that is no fault of management as we have a security guard on duty. (I am starting to see them every night where I'd only see them

My gf pays 900 a month love finding painted over food and towel rod repairs with plaster and not a patch. pays rent early every month and have never supplied her with a single new air filter for her a/c and the worst part her toilet is over 37 years old!!! And covered in black mold add that to an exhaust fan that was "replaced" but without cutting the 30 layers of paint and caulking to separate the fan from the ceiling and it still doesn't work

I'm not having a bad experience living here so far. When I need repairs, maintenance is on it. The management and leasing team are friendly and courteous. Yes the gate stays open most times but I haven't suffered any ill effects because of it. I have respectable neighbors with small children and I don't hear anything. I live by the pool so I'm subjected to a higher noise level and it doesn't bother me in the slightest. I really like my apartment and my environment. I don't focus on things outside of my control. Over all not that bad of a complex. I spent 13 months here and never had any major issues with my unit. Most I had was my A/C went out in the middle of the night and it was fixed before I came home the next day. I had the most issues with loud neighbors but there’s not much you can do about that. The gate would break frequently and it would make me worry a little about anyone being able to walk in. But for my first apartment it was an overall good experience.

Great place to live for the rent that’s payed. A storm blew a tree on the fence close to my door and it was fixed and taken care of before I woke up. It’s a great location; I can do all my weekly shopping on foot. They offer free pest spraying services every Friday (if you put your name the spray-list ahead of time). The staff is very friendly and reasonable. There are some minor cosmetic damages to the facilities but nothing that makes it difficult to live here. Over all I think it’s a great place to live and they don’t overcharge on rent.

My boyfriend & I have been living in the 2 bed 2 bath apartment for a little over a year now and we are very please. Some months we were late on rent but Anna & all the staff were more than willing to work it out with us every time. Also, we are good friends with all our neighbors & we look out for each other. This is mine & my boyfriend first apartment and it has been an awesome experience.

I'm very pleased with the maintenance and the management. Maintenance has fixed everything that we have asked. People are friendly here and the grounds are kept nice. Pool is always clean. There's also a play area for kids. We're happy to live here.

I must be really honest when writing this review. The manager of this complex is not very good at the job at hand. A warning to those who decide to rent here.
1. When moving out do not in anyway expect a full refund of your deposit she will make up or find any faults with your apartment ti over charge or charge you in the first place.
2. Do not plan on having company over to much or she label you a drug dealer or somthing to that affect even after she was told the alot of my visitors were for medical reasons she denys being told and give written 5 days notices like they are candy. Also I asked
