So moved out after 3 yrs living here. Watched the rent explode up to 1800 dollars a month. The parking was atrocious, cars parked on the curbs, cars that were clearly disabled still there. Trash always covering the dumpster areas. The amenities were nice, pools, gym, etc. They wanted to charge me for scuffed up walls after living there with 2 kids for 3 yrs. Charged me for soiled rug what ever that means. The Maint group were the only high point, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. The office management was horrible, had to walk three buildings away from my assigned parking spot to

The front and back office people aren’t professionals at all!! They shouldn’t be working at a leasing company.
No complain about the maintenance team thought.

I was one of the first ones to move in the new built apartments and at the beginning it was nice. A year after it was noisy, loud neighbors upstairs, overflowing trash at the trash containers. Extreme pegion dropings that would not get cleaned. Tenants did not clean up after their dogs and neither did maintenance. Parking was soooo bad you have to think about moving your car to just run a quick errand. People fighting over a parking space. My parking space was moved 3 times because the office would not keep track and assign it to new tenants not to mention rent increase every lease. To top it off

If I could give this complex no stars I would. I have had a horrible experience with this complex since I’ve moved in. The apartment manager Andrea is very rude and likes to talk down on people, and will look you straight I’m the face and lie to you to make herself look good. They are always having new leasing agents in the office. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The rent it too high no parking anywhere, loud neighbors. Had people knocking on my window late at night and I stayed on the second floor. Was threatened and this person told me that they would kill me and my company

I've lived here for a year now, the apartments are very clean & well kept , I love the spacious floor plan & amenities. The location is awesome! Plenty of shopping, food places & a movie theater near by. I just signed a new lease to down size & Alexis was great & super helpful! I'm really happy with my experience overall

I’m a student at Universal Technical Institute in Avondale and my CHS lease is about to expire. After days of rental searches, scams, fraud postings, and rental restrictions I was directed by a college official to try Zinc Apartments.
The first impression of the building was very clean and newer than most other rentals.
This is where my father and I met Crystal Arteaga a leasing consultant. Crystal explained what was available as far as rentals and thoroughly explained in great detail all the policies and criteria’s that was needed to apply for the apartment. She sent a link and I completed

Good newer development. Guys actually do a great job of cleaning and what not. Door was fixed within 3 days of submitting a repair order. Parking is tricky but I’ve been lucky a few times. Area is safe, only complaint is that now they’re installing speed bumps. Lots of smart people like to speed… when there are kids around and other drivers…. Good things never last but hey, now we have speed bumps, so thanks reckless drivers!!!

The location of this apartment is nice, but it smells like weed, and I don't know what's going on, but I can always see a police car. Parking is really problematic.
If you have two cars, you'll have to find a place to park every night for 20 minutes to an hour.
I lived for a year. There was my parking spot but every night when I left work late, someone parked in my parking spot

I wanted to live longer, but I moved because of parking.
