Services
Does your family have difficulty communicating? Do you feel like your parents or children don't listen to you? Have family secrets and traumas prevented you from being closer to your siblings or even other family members? Do old arguments keep surfacing every time you're together? Constant fighting or disconnect can cause stress, anxiety, anger, and depression.
At Relationship Counseling & Psychotherapy Services, our parent therapy sessions are designed to provide you with tools for addressing your and your child's specific needs. Your trained therapist works with you to help you become a more balanced and confident parent while also guiding you through techniques and skill that empowers you to identify and gradually modify a child's difficult behavior.
Premarital counseling is a type of therapy that helps couples prepare for marriage. This kind of counseling can also help you identify weaknesses that could become problems during marriage and strengths that can help you negotiate solutions. Relationships thrive when they is understanding. Our therapist can provide the insights to get there through our online assessments and directed couple's discussions.
Spiritual counselors have a unique advantage of being able to approach issues holistically based on not only the mind but also the spirit. Many other counseling approaches neglect the spiritual dimension of our being. A biblical understanding of how we're made, as physical, psychological and spiritual beings, means all three of these dimensions play an important part in our health and happiness.
Stress and Anxiety affect your emotions, your physical wellness, and the quality of your life and relationships. Here are just a few ways stress can affect you: relationship problems, intimacy difficulties, depression, anxiety, heart attacks, stroke, panic attacks, high blood pressure, and immune system disturbances.
