I absolutely love my therapist Michelle Dunbroff. I've been working with her since November. The psychiatrist Ann Sarpy is also great. I like that she listens to me,and answers all my questions and concerns. I'm on the medicine I was taking before coming here,so nothing has changed, but her giving me a much lower dosage. She is not about giving you a magical pill, our druging you up. She really works with you on all levels to develop a good treatment plan! Yes you have to see a therapist here before seeing the psychiatrist, and sometimes it can take a little while to get seen, but it's totally worth

Not a great experience
They assigned me to a therapist before they gave me an evaluation. Not good.
When I first seen my therapist she came to me in a hurried state by walking past me quickly while telling me her name, then got annoyed that I didn't follow her. No handshake or greeting.
It seemed she was not very invested during our first session. She would periodically rub her face with the palms of her hands while asking me questions that were greeted only with nodding. No validation was given.
I called the office and asked to change my therapist and they said that I'll have to talk to her

Some people here are nice but overall, these social workers seem uptight and stuck up. They dont seem to have much experience with dealing with mentally ill people, and are poor therapists. I went here for depression therapy for 6 months, had to change therapists 3 times before writing this place off and going somewhere else.
