Marius lost me over $2000 when I was trying to find a house and never paid me back. Apparently he went on vacation and his secretary or whatever was supposed to work on everything and because she never emailed me and was late with the deadline I lose over $2k. It’s ridiculous. They said they would take it off the next time I get a house. Him and this company is not worth working with. I gave up and then bought a house with a different Realestate agent. This was a joke! I recommend no one to go to him.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Stay away from this company. Marius Comarita is a fraudelent person. Don't go anywhere near this guy or his company. We wanted to buy a house. Me and my wife went to see it. We loved the house and we agreed with the price, which we thought is low below market value and we taught it's a steal. We agreed to buy the house and Mr. Comarita said that the owner is out of the country but he can sell it to us on his behalf. He gave us a fake invoice and we wired the money into an offshore account. It appears that the owner never wanted to sell the house and it was a complete fraud. Don
