Wayne Woodall was very thorough when he inspected my condo. He communicated all the details from his inspection very clearly. He carefully answered all my questions. After the Surfside condo collapse, I was apprehensive about the structural integrity of my condo. Wayne Woodall is a structural engineer. After his inspection, I feel much safer in my condo.

My agent contracted this inspection company to come out to a new home I was interested in purchasing. They completely missed inspecting the roof, and due to that I am in a legal situation with the seller. Rather then admit they missed the roof inspection, the claimed the damage was done after they inspected the home. The is not true, the inspector never got on the roof to review damage. Instead they did a ground review and assumed there was no issues. Would not recommend and would not use again. New buyers beware!!

My husband and I have used Austin Inspection Services twice now and both times were fantastic! We used them for an inspection prior to buying our new home and again right before our year warranty would go up. Both times we had outstanding service. I cannot recommend them enough.
