The purpose of life is to discover joy and to live a full and vibrant life. When mind, body, and spirit are connected life flows. When there is disharmony we experience it in a myriad of uncomfortable ways, such as depression, anxiety, odd behaviors and more. My goal is to help you discover what you already know is within you.

I was raised in the Rocky Mountains and have deep connection with the wild. I earned my undergraduate degree in English Literature from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and my Master's degree in Counseling from Montana State University. I interned with Livingston Mental Health where I counselied people with chronic mental illness.
I work hard to create a safe place where people can let down their walls and be vulnerable to their own thoughts and feelings. I do this using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experience, outdoor activities, and creative processing. I believe that everyone innately knows what is best for them, but that knowledge sometimes gets lost by our personal experiences.
