Services
I believe that you have, within yourself, the capacity for immense change and growth. Together, we work to solve problems, confront relationship conflict and address personal concerns. My goal as a clinician is to assist you with making life affirming choices that lead to a healthier lifestyle. Often times clients have difficulty identifying their inner strengths and abilities so I work with them to shine a light on this part of themselves.
I believe people are born good and have an innate drive to constantly do better. I also believe when things happen in our lives that prevent us from reaching that potential, we may need gentle guidance to help us reach the potential we desire. Working together, we will strive to find the ways that will individually suit you, using your strengths, to help you reach your personal goals.
I am enough. When you hear that, do you believe it? To me, being "enough" is worthy of love, self-care, taking up space, and feeling capable of handling all the emotions, challenges and victories that come with life. Sometimes, our beliefs can navigate us away from a place that we feel we are enough.
The wounds we sustain throughout our lives - particularly within the context of our closest relationships - give rise to patterns that can obscure this basic truth. The conscious and unconscious narratives we form about ourselves and the world around us are often self-limiting and lead to a variety of functional, emotional, and relational challenges.
We all hold value and purpose, yet there are times in our lives when we lose sight of our "why". Finding direction can simply start with the acknowledgement that it is okay to ask for help. Being open to allowing someone to join you on life's journey with a willingness to make incremental changes can lead to personal growth and fulfillment.

I was going through them to get help for my anxiety and depression, but was dropped during the holidays all because I went out of town to spend it with family. You claim to be for mental health and helping people, but dropping them during the holidays when they came to you for help to begin with shows and says otherwise. To anyone wanting to get help from them please look elsewhere since they care more about money than actually helping you.

A very warm, welcoming and compassionate group of women. They have each demonstrated a commitment to their clients and their communities in a beautiful way. Their passion for mental health and wellbeing is at the forefront of every interaction. I highly recommend trying out a session with one of their talented counselors.

Got a referral from my PCP and they called back a few weeks later saying to call them back...but they don't answer the phone - goes directly to voicemail - really convenient when you work 10 hrs/day 5 days/wk. Although think I dodged a bullet because their social media is full of pretty extreme woke indoctrination propaganda so glad I didn't waste my time or money.

I started working at Bridger Peaks Counseling in 2019 and have felt very support as a clinician. Our main goal as clinicians is to meet our clients where they are and walk with with them through whatever may be coming up. I value working with an authentic staff and feel that each of our clinicians strive to provide clients with a positive and supported counseling experience.

Bridger Peaks Counseling has been a great experience for me. My therapist, Dani Stack, has helped me create a place where I can talk openly about myself without fear of being judged. In every session I've had, Dani has shown me nothing but total respect and patience. I have complete trust in her knowledge and skills when it comes to mental health. And most importantly, I feel like there is a genuine care in my well-being.
In my experience, Bridger Peaks Counseling has been a perfect combination of warmth and professionalism. In an overall challenging and dark year, finding therapy at Bridger Peaks

I went in feeling anxious and hadn't been to counseling before. After meeting the counselor, I started feeling better quickly. It was really nice to speak with someone who listened and was non-judgmental. It feels like she really cares. I recommend at Bridger Peaks Counseling to anyone in need of mental health counseling.

Without a doubt the single most influential thing that helped bring me out of the darkness was Bridger Peaks Counseling. I tried reading books, listening to music, offloading on those around me, binge eating and exercising but nothing compared to the connection and trust I was able to find in this place. Tess Hill helped bring clarity to my fuzzy existence and helped me find purpose again. I credit her full heart and generous time to helping me start my life completely anew. I am living on a second chance in life because of her. Thank you Tess and Bridger Peaks Counseling. It wasn’t always easy
