Alloy was founded in 1992. Through our facility in Roswell GA. and our worldwide licensing system, Team Alloy has helped countless women get in the best shape of their lives, helped them realize that being fit is so much more than what we see in the mirror and demonstrated that being fit helps us live life to the fullest.
No client is the same, so why should your workout be? Our trainers tailor the Alloy programs to each client who walks through our door. From your first assessment with us, we work to help you reach your goals and become the best version of you! Scales and measuring tapes are old school. We use cutting edge technology to measure and ensure safety and effectiveness of client programs.
In the Small Group setting, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in our Small Group format (2-8 people). In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.
