Mike Mengden, a native Houstonian, moved away at an early age and grew up on a ranch outside of Comfort, Texas. After attending Texas Military Institute, the US Naval Academy and Texas A & M University, he graduated from the University of Texas in Austin and obtained his Texas Real Estate Brokers License.

I have made numerous attempts contact agent to rent this property first was told I had the wrong number finally used an agent and we were able to see the property filled out lease application continued contact with minimum response finally my agent was told they were having trouble reaching my current landlord for rental history. We find out two agents for the property are not communicating with each other. I finally give a second number and still I have no rental. As a single mom right before Christmas no one cared to even reach out with multiple attempts to contact them

We worked with (“worked” is a stretch) “Aleena August” and she was extremely unprofessional as well as unhelpful. Her emails were extremely rude in correspondence and essentially stole 50 dollars because she lost the listing. I wouldn’t recommend her or this agency to my worse enemy.

Aleena August, the property manager for our home has been horrific. She has been utterly unprofessional, refused to answer our calls, threatened us after we asked for issue resolutions with past tenants and would never explain the fees or any questions that we would have despite paying the firm for the services. We are still in the process of closing our accounts after moving to a different agency, so I hope that the company leadership takes these recent reviews on board and make some major changes in the way they conduct business.

Terra Residential provides the best rental property management service. They always respond to tenants request and on obvious or minor repairs will get one of their approved vendors on the job as soon as necessary. I am contacted on anything major before they repair or replace.

I have used Terra as my property manager since the MID EIGHTIES when I purchased 3 investment properties. They came highly recommended back then and, after 3 decades, I can certainly recommend them again to others today as well. They are very attentive and quick to respond to owners' needs. Tenant experience with Terra was excellent. They were always responsive to work orders, hired good subs to fix issues, and used RentTrack to autopay rent. Seamless and professional, and they were easy to work with on the front end of the lease and similar when the lease was up. Highly recommend if you are looking for property management. I worked with James Dominy and Sarah Magee, both responsive and professional.

I worked with Terra Residential for over10 years. First as property owner neighboring a property they were managing. For the last 5 ½ years they managed my property for me. They always kept the tenants taken care of as well as taking care of my property and notifying me with any situation. The records they kept and sent me were of the highest quality. They were very professional and personable at the same time. They were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. I would give them 5 stars +.
