I was so scared to get my hair done because everyone else who has ever done my hair has ruined it. I went in and showed her a picture of what I wanted. I wasn’t expecting it to look like the picture but I was hoping she could just lighten my hair without it looking brassy. I had very very low expectations. When she finished my hair it looked just like what I told her! I was really surprised and so was my boyfriend. After years I’ve finally found my new hair person. I’m really happy (:

I am so happy to have my first salon experience with Kim! She is amazing and on time. She does a very professional job! I got my hair colored, styled with balayage and highlights. She was polite, friendly, gentle with my hair and knows her hair so well! I'll be sure to visit them again soon and I am so glad to find a trusted hair salon. They do everything from facials to hair to nails and I am posting pictures. I did not see one unhappy customer leaving out of her store. I've noticed that every time I come here, I spend a lot more time than what
is initially relayed to me. Yesterday took the cake. I went there to put a hair toner. I was told it will take 1.5 hr. My appointment was at 1 and I didn't get done till 4. My stylist on the other hand was taking care of other customers who came after me while I sat waiting. I would have understood if it had taken a half an hour more than what was expected but a whole one and half hour longer than what I was told in the beginning was a total disregard to my time. I had a fantastic experience with Kim! After calling, Kim was able to fit me in for a layered haircut. I don’t live far from the salon and I’ve heard many good things so I really wanted to visit. My hair is a little unruly at times with SO MANY thin strands that stick up in all directions when brushed, curled... you name it. Often times I go without brushing it making it a sticky tangled mess thanks to the poor quality shampoo I use. Kim did a wonderful job working out the tangles with better shampoo and thoroughly massaging my scalp to ensure all the old shampoo was rinsed from my hair. After
