Would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT move here. So many rules. Can’t have anyone over past 10 because you’ll get a noise complaint. The hall ways are dirty never clean. Don’t plan on getting your deposit back. They pay their cleaning lady $35 an hr to clean and it comes out of your deposit. All the staff are rude. Bad community. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

- friendly, attentive staff
- amenities (pool, sauna, steam room, gym)
- quiet
- safe
- central location, close to amenities
Cons:
- older buildings/appliances/fixtures etc.
- hallways/interior in need of repairs and updating (carpets black from stains/overuse in hallways)
- amenity hours/availability (gym, sauna, steam room are only open m-f 9-5 - NOT practical, laundry closes at 9 with few machines that consistently work)
- wall unit ac in living room only - bedrooms are HOT
- utilities are split between

Our apartment is very large and nice, has a good-sized balcony, we never hear our neighbors, and have only experienced one small inconvenience since moving in. The landscaping is very well kept. Leasing the apartment was a very easy process and the staff is delightful!
I was very surprised to see some of the poor ratings for Belmont Manor and even wondered if I was looking at the right place. Maybe some things have changed over the months. I urge you that have reviewed it poorly to give it a second chance. It's one of the nicer places to live here in Pueblo!
