I've lived here for about 4 years now. The building is quiet, clean and very well maintained. Shopping is within walking distance. The grounds are well kept. The staff is friendly.
I'm very happy here.

I am bewildered after submitting an application and being told to call Simon on Monday. After doing so being told that it would be at least four months or if someone dies or moves out. This is a Low-income Senior Apt Complex.I felt real discouraged about how willing they are to help the older generation and Disabled.

Don't waste your time putting in an application in this place !! You Will be sorry you ever did. The Azteca Apartments is nothing but a joke. The staff here are not very pleasent and they don't make you feel welcome to the building.
The maintaining of this building is also a joke. The water is shut of at lease twice a month. Sometimes you don't have hot water for hours. The elevators are always broken for days or even months.
The attitude of the staff is pretty much " if you don't like it here...then move. " The only thing management cares about is collecting rent otherwise the office doesn't
