The community is chaos. Kids run wild destroying property with no supervision. No maintenance of the community. Sheriff officers continue to arrive weekly. Tenants are loud out of control with no consequences from property manager. Cornerstone management must be being lied to about there property and tenants.

Unsupervised kids and no parents around at all, most tenants get exceptions from rules, maintenance a joke. I have been told that I will "just have to live with it" a few times. As New tenant I pay hundreds more than others, which becomes very frustrating when things dont get fixed. Very rude management, does not live on site so she really dont care about issues when brought to her attention. Several family's sneak more people in to live which should not be allowed.
