When I moved in I couldn't afford a bed. I was 18 and was my first apartment. I slept in bedroom floor. I was really disappointed that the carpet wasn't clean. It was covered in mad long dog hair. Moved out date didn't get any money back from down deposit. They charged me for having them shampoo the carpet that was nevered shampoo for me to begin with.
For one single bedroom shampoo I received like $3 back from $250 deposit.

Honestly this has been a great place for my little family. The front office has 2 wonderful women running it, they always make sure to get things done! For example I called them this week to fix an appliance after I got off the phone maintenance was here in under an hour! This is an every time thing unless they are super busy(rare) this place has treated us so darn well. As long as you pay your rent and are responsible and respectful the the building and those around you, you should do just fine here! Very old and dirty, our kitchen cabinets fall apart and are just dirty and old. The management is very unprofessional and rude and don’t seem to care to help the Tenants needs, not only from my own experience but I’ve seen happen. maintenance does a half fast job on repairs or majority of the time don’t even come through to repairs we need, there’s never any hot water and sometimes there’s not even cold water! I’m embarrassed to have guests come over for how dirty it is, it’s just very old I’ve had people say it looks like a old run down hotel. My first apartments I’ve lived in

There's cops out here every night. The teens that live around here throw drugs under the doors, the cement floors are cracked under the carpeting, there's black mold in the door frames, there's a high crime rate and nothing ever gets done to fix anything. The management harasses certain tenets and has zero professionalism. You'd be better off avoiding this place and only move in if you have no where else to go.

Skyview Condominiums is a great place to live!!!! I've been able to save money while living here and all of the residence I have met are very friendly. The maintenance crew responds immediately and the office staff is extremely curtious and friendly. Last but not least, the views are incredible from my apartment.
