Cameron McCaa began managing his own rental properties in 1997. Recognizing a need in the market for a property management company focused solely on intown Atlanta, he launched Your Intown Home to address the particular requirements of in-town owners and tenants. We work hard to provide a 5-Star experience for all our clients. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties. You don't pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don't pay us until you get a qualified tenant.
Some companies use algorithms to generate automated rental rate analyses for prospective clients. Our experience has shown that more often than not these computer generated estimates yield inaccurate findings for properties in in-town Atlanta. The Your Intown Home team has been an absolute lifesaver for us over the last few years as we've managed a property in Atlanta from a distance. Communicative, helpful, and attentive, they provide very reasonable quotes on work needing to be done and stress free management of everything from the occasional package forwarding to the various required paperwork. The team at Your Intown Home has been such a pleasure to work with. We relocated to Raleigh from Atlanta and we had only been in our home 2 years and wanted to hold onto it a bit before selling. We were on the fence but Stephanie was so easy to work with and the process was very simple. It took no time at all (maybe 3-4 weeks) from first starting to discuss with them to having our place photographed, the listing posted and finding a background checked, credit checked wonderful tenant. My experience with Your Intown Home has been fantastic. I recently moved from Denver to Atlanta and they made the whole transition easy and low stress. Renting a property from them has been better than I could've hoped for, maintenance requests and any other issues are handled quickly, and the online portal makes payments super convenient. I went through two property managers before I found Your Intown Home who were a joy to work with. Initially I worked with Cam who is very solid in his knowledge and as others say, really puts you at ease. He's patient and takes the time to explain things to you, especially if you are new to property management like I was. Once I signed on as a client, I worked with Stephanie and their staff on day-to-day management. I live overseas but they got me a competitive rent, and made it easy to find and manage my tenant.
