I'm challenged in each session and feel like I've gotten a lot back that I lost immediately after college. The people are great! The trainers take the time to know everyone, so you feel like you're hanging out with friends rather than just being directed in your workout. It's also nice to work with someone who knows you and adjusts your training depending on how your body's reacting on a particular day.

The Fitness Company started with the goal to improve movement science, specifically personal training. They saw a missing link with the translation of current research to the clientele population. The philosophy was to develop a educational personal program for each client while building relationships.

The Fitness Company is a focused, movement mechanics based personal training facility.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Masters of Health Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Jeff has gained over 13 years of training experience and holds numerous national certifications. He believes in the notion that lasting results are mostly psychological.
Studies have shown camaraderie, support and accountability will promote positive behavior change that translates into improved results. We not only want to increase the client to trainer relationship, but initiate a client to client relationship as well. We want you to not only support each other inside and outside of the studio.

Been trained a lot and many gyms. This is the best. Friendly, competent and serious training in a great environment. Soya is my trainer for several years and is very good. Always a new workout and very receptive to changes and suggestions. Best rehab after my knee replacement focusing on the entire body

Been going here a long time. All the trainers are super friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. Every workout is tailored to your personal abilities and areas in need of improvement. I used to be sore all over and constantly in neck pain. Since coming here it hasn’t been an issue. The owners are willing to invest in training and equipment- you can tell by their knowledge and their recent remodel. If you’re in constant pain it is because something is wrong - and these guys can fix it. Thanks guys!
