Mason started this business to provide his clients with a superior training experience, one rooted in science and driven by results. The sport of Olympic weightlifting involves the snatch and clean and jerk, two of the most powerful and explosive movements in all of sports. These movements have been used for decades to improve sports performance and improve athleticism. Our weightlifting coaches are competitive athletes themselves and understand how to develop proficient lifters.
Whether you're a high school football player, scratch golfer, or training for your first 5K, sport specific training is important for performing your best and staying injury free. Sport specific strength and conditioning sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length and are individualized for the demands of your sport.

I have so many great things to say about MET Fitness! I attended group fitness classes when I lived in COMO and had a great experience with all of the coaches and other members! This gym has a community feel and everyone will quickly welcome you if you’re new. The training sessions are well-rounded and build on each other over the year so you can see improvements in yourself. Give it a try, you’ll love it here!
