Recently we lost our mother. We chose Ray and Martha's to handle her viewing and cremation, while my mother looked beautiful, the experience was not as beautiful. We wanted her fingerprints because why not she's our mother we want every piece of her we can get only to get some sloppy prints, now I know the task may be difficult for you and I but they're a funeral home, they should know exactly how to get the prints. Instead of apologizing KIMBERLY suggested that when we lose our next family member that us as a family member should get the prints ourselves. That is the sorriest reply

I am literally DEVASTATED RIGHT NOW!!!
I asked this funeral home for my mother's fingerprints before she was cremated. The finger prints they collected were terrible. (See comments for pictures of them) Kimberly who apparently owns this place called me and admitted they looked terrible but never admits any fault or even a single APOLOGY. Instead, she tells me and I QUOTE:
"Maybe the next one you can get the fingerprints yourself". Are you serious? On my next dead family member? I am beside myself right now.

Very unprofessional with the funeral arrangement did not do what family requested could not do the proper information that was given to them very incompetent clerical work repeatedly told them corrections on the death certificate still got it wrong and now say we have to pay to have it redone they also put the surviving family members as pallbearers

My father died September 20th 2017 I was told his headstone would take 3 months to be placed after 6 months i called ray and marthas in anadarko they explained they needed a signature from a family member. My daughter went to see the grave today may 5 2018 all it has is the cheap plastic marker ray and martha fogot to put there until we called them complaining family couldnt find it because it was unmarked for 3 weeks after he died. I will call and find out what the problem is monday. I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy.
