Services
Whether you are looking for light to medium pressure general relaxation, or firm pressure deep tissue and/or trigger point work this is a 60 min massage your way. As your therapist I will communicate with you in order to customize your experience. Prices reflect at time of service payment. Choose a specific trouble area (Examples: Neck, Shoulders, Upper or Lower Back, Legs or Arms, Feet or Hands etc.)
We will enter the massage room and discuss your individual goals for the session and answer any questions you may have. Remember that the room is very customizable. Everything from the volume of the music, the lighting, the heat on the table, and the temperature of the room are adjustable. Feedback about pressure and general comfort are encouraged.

I booked a 90 minute massage with Nancy. Nancy is very caring, and intuitive. She asked what areas I needed focus on, and whether I wanted work on just those are or a full body massage with focus on my problem areas. She addressed my needs, and I actually felt I could sit a little taller after my massage. If you can get on her schedule I highly recommend it!

Medically inclined or spa related she has a great attention to detail and will make sure to focus in what areas you need attention. She takes a lot of pride in her work and makes amazing treatment plans for all sorts of issues, a consummate professional she is also never flakey or price gouging. I have been getting routine massage/ cupping therapy appointments along with weekly chiropractic adjustments for about three years now. When I first started cupping, the masseuse (Daniel from Elements) was the one to show me this much needed therapy. Since I went to him every 2-3 weeks, he learned my troubled spots and became very familiar with my muscles. Unfortunately, Daniel moved out of Tri-Cities. I'm the type of person who can only stay loyal to one service specialist. So I was a little cautious
