This place has the rudest nursing staff I ever encountered and that coming from someone in the nursing field I’ve met over 1,000 different nurses they are the rudest to their residents to other staff everyone

THE NURSES ARE GREAT. Grandma loved her nurses so much and praises them BUT MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Unless you hate the elders in your family there’s no reason anyone should let there family meme bees go here for any services at all. These people are completely incompetent. My Grandmother is receiving care here after a stroke and they were so “understaffed” she did not receive proper care including the physical therapy she needed. She needed daily rehabilitation but instead they blamed Covid and staffing on why she just sat in a bed for three months.

I recently had the chance to interact with the Administrator, Vivian. The focus was how she and her team could provide their patients an even better experience in terms of their ability to get to doctors appointments, activities outside the facility, and other important appointments through enhanced transportation . Vivian and her staff clearly have an intimate knowledge of their patients needs and pushed hard to ensure they have what they need in order to provide an outstanding patient experience. They did not hesitate in investing in technologies that would make their patients as comfortable

The Olympic Transitional Care and Rehabilitation Center is a first class Center. The staff is highly professional and has your best interest at heart. I'm totally happy that I chose this Center for my transition from the hospital to my home.

I have seen a complete transformation of this facility over the last year. The management team is stronger than ever and the Residents are truly happy. This years Annual Survey was the best the facility has had in years and demonstrates the dedication and hard work the fabulous employees strive for every day. It really feels good to walk the halls and visit with both employees and the residents/families.

I am in complete shock the lack of organization, communication and medical professionalism at this facility. My mother was transferred to their care six days ago. The last 3 days I have talked to Dr. Kohn, the charge nurse, an administrator and now the nursing director to get my mothers treatment plan started. They doctor reduced her pain medication for three different reasons, would verbally tell me he would increase her medication, than not place the order in a timely manner. The therapy team did not know what my mothers injury was, nor did they know what the orthopedic from the hospital ordered

Olympia Transitional is a great place. The therapy team is very knowledgable and the gym is huge. The nurses really care for their patients and want to see everyone get better. I highly recommend bringing a loved one here.

I started working at Olympia Transinational 11/05/2018. Olympia Transinational is my 4th faculty since I moved to Washington almost 2 years ago. The first one was horrible I quit after just 2 months because the residents suffered. Than I found what I thought was going to be my new home until I retired which is about 10years out. Lol. Boy was I wrong they closed their doors on my 1 year anniversary. So I found another Job as an RCM at a facility in Lakewood. Well that place was just not a good fit for me. I was driving to work one morning and received a call from my DNS that I had worked with at

Olympia Transitional Care is located next to Providence St. Peters Hospital. They have exceptional staff and residents. OTCR is known well known in the eldercare community. They offer short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and have a Dementia Unit. They are known for the Dementia care they give and wound care healing. Stop in for yourself and take a look around.
