I am so grateful to have had the priveledge to receive treatment at Genuine Healthcare. Harvey helped heal my treatment resistant depression by using bold, effective new therapies when nothing else was working. I highly recommend Genuine Healthcare. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and they even have a therapy dog! I appreciate that they play calming music and offer snacks to make it the best experience possible.

If I could give zero stars I would. Harvey is not in this profession to help others, he made that clear our first appointment when he interrupted me explaining my history to tell me we only had a few minutes. He has gotten me mixed up with other patients multiple times, even going to the extent of leaving me a voicemail on my cellphone meant for a different patient. He does not listen. He should be shut down before he gets someone to harm themselves more from his lack of care. There is a reason he is always accepting new patients.
