Vital HealthCare Naturopathy has limited front desk hours and is open by appointment only. Vital HealthCare requires at least a 24 hour notice via phone if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled/missed or rescheduled without 24 hour notice, there is a $100 missed appointment fee that must be paid before being rescheduled.

Deana has been practicing massage in Olympia WA, for over 15 years. She opened her private practice several years ago, focusing on treating those who are going through cancer treatment. Deana also works with our area hospice agencies providing end of life in-home hospice massage.

People who suffer from severe chronic headaches understand how difficult it can be to get a correct diagnosis. They often rebound between expensive specialists, tests and treatments for months or years. The treatments often leave much to be desired, either pain medications with diminishing value and escalating dependency and side effects or perhaps surgical options without guarantees.
Most people are painfully impacted by trigger point pains. A trigger point is a hyperirritable, focused area of chronic muscle and fascial tension. Muscles form trigger points over time becoming chronically contracted often trying to protect areas of chronic overuse, stress and injury. Blood flow, oxygenation and elimination of cellular wastes are impaired leading the muscle and connective tissues to eventually actually scar and even calcify.
Effective 7/1/2021, the insurance plans listed above are the only insurance plans we are accepting for patients who are new to our practice. If you do not see your health plan listed above, and you are new to our practice, your visit will need to be self-pay. We are unable to bill Medicare, Tri-care and VA because they are federally funded programs and do not cover naturopathic services.

I highly recommend Dr. Tom Griffith if you are looking for alternative, and preventive health care. Dr. Griffith has a very balanced approach to healthcare. He supports alternative approaches to wellness but will also recommend allopathic treatment if circumstances suggest it. His manner is very supportive and positive and he communicates clearly. He will listens to your concerns and give relevant feedback that is informative and helpful. He's had his practice for many years and is very experienced. If you are looking for an ND in Thurston County, start here.

Dr. Griffith is a caring and knowledgeable practitioner who takes the time to explain the science behind the treatments he suggests. He never tries to rush you out the door and answers any questions you have thoroughly. He is very flexible in finding what solution works best for the individual and talks through pros and cons of different approaches. Front desk staff are always amazing. The supplements he sells are top notch and can be purchased in person or online. Highly recommend his practice.

Dr.Griffith is awesome !! I’ve had my share of Docs and Dr. Griffith is one of a kind, very kind and caring and takes the time to get to know his patients. I am very proactive with my Health but do have some issues and Tom is always there to actually listen, and find a solution. He actually cares about you as an individual and goes over and above and has your best interest in mind, he takes your health very seriously. And Tracey at the front desk is always so kind, personable and friendly, always there to help and assist, she’s awesome !! Such a great team and I feel fortunate to have them

What I like about Dr. Griffith is how comfortable I am when discussing health issues. It's like building that doctor-patient relationship that is so hard to do at your big box clinics. Dr. listens and has natural recommendations instead of drugs. Not to say that there is no place for medications, but we have options. Tracy handles the office and appointments so well. Walking into the office has that feel good atmosphere. Great experience. Thank you Dr. Griffith and Tracy.

It took me some time to find a new naturopath, since the one I had seen years prior had retired. After reading other reviews for Vital HealthCare, I had the confidence to check the practice out for myself. A little over year later, under the guidance from Dr. Griffith, I'm happy that I listened to my gut. He provides the listening ear, the care and the encouragement any patient seeks from their physician. From the first appointment to my most recent one, he has consistently offered sound and well-rounded guidance. I'm so grateful. I would recommend Dr. Griffith.

This has been my first experience seeing a naturopath and it’s been incredible! Dr. Griffith listens, cares—never seems rushed. He’s organized and thorough and gives a typed treatment plan at the end of the session, so you don’t leave forgetting anything. You can see him piecing things together and truly seems like he cares about getting to the bottom of things. I’ve learned so much in the past two visits with him. And Tracy is very sweet! I love this practice and am willing to pay out of pocket, as my insurance doesn’t cover naturopathy.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Griffith. We appreciate having a compassionate doctor who really listens when we talk. Dr. Griffith is attentive and sensitive to his patients needs. He is balanced in his approach to medicine, and he is happy to coordinate care with other doctors when necessary. I see Dr. Griffith for all my primary care needs, and my husband sees him for primary care as well as carefully monitoring of his heart health.
