Services
Sarah Rand, LCMT, is a massage therapy enthusiast who has been learning about and practicing the holistic healing art of massage for over 20 years. She found and interest in massage as a teenager, and has been passionately learning and practicing, (initially as a student), her favorite pastime ever since.
Tension occurs from psychological and emotional stress just as much, if not more than, physical tension. This tension creates knots, stiffness, pain, and blockages in our body. Over time, these can even lead to injuries and tissue degeneration. Healing energy is transferred to the tissues and muscles.
Your massage will take place in the Spa section of our Salon. You receive your service in a warm, comfortable room with special lighting to enhance relaxtion. Most massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed; however, it is entirely up to you what you want to wear.
I also wanted to tell you how happy I've been with your therapy. Before my first session with you I had tried other therapists. Even after explaining the particularly sensitive areas in my back that needed work done, they simply went through their general "feel good" routine. You, to my great relief, gave a great soothing massage in general AND found the knots that needed to be excised.

I sit all day due to my work environment and golf when I'm off and seem to be in pain all the time. I have been to chiropractors and other massage therapists and cannot shake this issue with my sciatic nerve until i came here. She literally made it so I have zero issues for the last 4 weeks and the atmosphere is relaxing and that is worth every penny. All together a healing experience Definitely coming back.

Purchased a Groupon and Booked an appointment, got a verificatIon email and everything. When we arrived the location was closed and no-one picked up the phone even though the hours listed they were open AND WE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT. Very unprofessional. I understand emergencies come up but if that was the case they should have notified us instead of making us drive all the way there for nothing.

I took advantage of a groupon today. Tim, my therapist met me in the reception area and gave me the information sheet to fill out and asked what areas were of a concern. I have some knee problems and he addressed that and they felt so much better after I left. He was fantastic and I will return. The groupon indicated that a salt scrub was included - but to be honest the massage was so amazing that I didn't mind not receiving it. Thanks, Tim!!

So I was skeptical about getting a "hot stone massage" but I'd always wanted to try one. My neck had been bothering me for the longest time and I needed to take action. Which led me to Massage Bliss. My masseuse was really informative, I went with the pressure point massage because I was instructed it would be better than a hot stone for what I was dealing with. We had a good conversation and I was super relaxed. The next day I felt awesome and I'm so glad I bought the 3-visit pack for $199. If anybody is looking for a place to relax and or cure various ailments massage bliss

I’ve gone to Sarah, for over 5 years, and she never disappoints. Out of all the massage therapists that I’ve seen in my life, she is the best by far. She uses different techniques to essentially detox your body/muscles/connective tissue (she can explain it better than I)! 😁 Everytime I leave, I feel like I’m floating! Bonus: she has the best smelling lotions, oils, and salt scrubs, and the massage room is beautiful and relaxing. Best 👏🏻Massage Therapist👏🏻Ever👏🏻!!

From the moment I cross over the threshold of Massage Bliss the experience has been outstanding. I use Massage for therapeutic massages to treat problems from past injuries. Booked a couple's massage a couple months in advance of going and confirmed the booking the week of the appointment. Everyone I talked to was friendly and communicative the whole time, I made sure to detail what I wanted from the massage based on the sheet given at the beginning and when the therapist asked me. We got to the appointment early to fill out the work sheet and our cheese and crackers+champagne were brought out promptly. I loved the space! It was small but comfortable and peaceful. The space for the couples' massage was upstairs in a nice, quiet area that was even more comfortable than

My husband and I went here for a couples massage we saw on groupon which was (supposed) to be for 90 min massage and included champange w cheese/crackers. They oddly served us the champagne in the waiting area while sitting nearby giving us zero privacy and while one therapist was drinking herself (unprofessional imo)...but that wasn't even the worst part!
First, we didn't even get full 90 mins, it was only 70 mins and they use their phone for music which kept getting interrupted by a notification. My therapist (the owner) broke

I have to be honest this place was hard to take seriously. We booked our appointments 2 weeks out, got there , and our massage therapist apparently didn't show up? The woman behind the desk couldn't even figure out when to book another appointment. She'd say one day, we'd agree, then she'd change it again. As our new appointment came she called me the day of and said our appointment wouldn't work for them. The place was very small and cramped. Safe to say I returned my groupon!

Arrived a few minutes before my appointment and I was greeted by therapist "Gabby". She made the entire process relaxing and very professional. The room temperature was comfortable and she communicated to make sure the pressure of my deep Tissue massage was comfortable and not too light or too much. I have had about 10 massages in the past including ALL ABOUT U SPA and HANDS IN MOTION, both right in Nashua. From the professional atmosphere, the quality of the massage and the techniques Gabby used and the pricing, I wouldn't go anywhere else and I will definitely request Gabby going

Sarah, the owner was arrogant, rude and obnoxious & dishonest both on the phone and also in person. I would not recommend doing any business with her. My appointments were scheduled by her and when I arrived she told me that I did not have an appointment, which was a lie. She is a horrible person to deal with. She also tried to charge me more money for deep tissue and complained to me that she expects a tip based on the full price all before I ever met her. I do not need to be told how much I want to leave as a tip. There are many good & honest massage therapists around that are professional

I bought a Groupon ( One 60-minute Swedish/European massage with salt-glow add-on). My parents got a massage here (not couples massage) and they were less than totally impressed. My mother's masseuse kept trying to have a conversation with her, while all my mother wanted to do was relax and get massaged. My mother was expecting a tissue massage but the masseuse focused only pressing on certain pressure points, so it was underwhelming. My father was in a separate room and he was pleased with his massage but the masseuse forgot to use the Salt Scrub and only remembered when my mother reminded

I felt like I could fly!
Massages were more of a special treat for me, but I am officially a regular customer! I take my boyfriend here for couples massages. The price is perfect and the therapists are professional and courteous.
This time I had Tim and he spent 20 minutes one shoulders to start. My entire body felt completely relaxed for the rest of the 90 minutes.
Can't wait to return in September!
