A higher intensity massage using oils and creams that will focus on the deeper layers of the muscle and fascia. This may include deep pressure using the fingers, forearms, and elbows in firm, slow strokes to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and the breakup of scar tissue. This massage is very useful for neck, back, and lower back muscle pain relief including sciatica and is most often recommended by physicians.

This is by far the best massage I have ever received. I went in with a soar neck and shoulder, and the deep tissue massage I received was absolutely wonderful. Kathy was so attentive to my trigger ,points, she looks to find problem areas, and her passion to heal and comfort is outstanding. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kathy! I am going for my second one this week!
