Joe is THE BEST. I’ve used him quite a bit in the last year and I am always pleased with his work. He takes the time to thoroughly explain things to me, timely and honest.

We recently had Joe come in to inspect our new home despite it being a new construction since…ohh well..I wanted to cross all the Ts. Joe came across as someone who is very knowledgeable and I couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job at hand. He did an extremely good (and a prompt) job of putting together a thorough inspection report for our builder which helped expedite the overall process. I would highly recommend Joe!

I’ve worked with Joe professionally and have used him for my own personal home inspections. He is very meticulous about how he conducts his inspections and observations of a property. His reports are also very detailed and, that on its own, sets him apart from other inspectors. Joe is amazing at what he does! I hired this home inspection company for our last two house purchases. I paid extra for them to drive to Long Beach which is outside of their normal service area. I didn’t mind because I wanted the best and they were highly recommended by some close friends who work in the real estate biz. Both of the homes we purchased were raised foundation which requires the home inspector to “suit up” and crawl between the ground and floor joists, very tight under both houses. My realtor friends told me this is the best home inspection company in San Diego. So I used them for a full home inspection even though I was originally only in need of a foundation inspection. The price was competitive with other companies I researched. The inspection report was so impressive and there were quite a few items that needed repair. We had no idea there was heavily corroded gas piping beneath the house. This could have been a future leak resulting in fire, possibly even an explosion as the gas piping was next to a furnace with an exposed pilot light! Money we’ll spent. We highly

Everything you can ask for out of a service vendor and more! Started off by calling in and talking with Stephanie at the front desk. She was easy-going and gave me the run down on costs/process. When I called back a few days later to schedule, she remembered that I had called and was concise in getting me an appointment that worked around my schedule.
My inspector Joe showed up early, introduced himself, asked if I had any questions and then got down to work. The particular house I was having inspected had quite a lot of stuff, so Joe ended up calling in another inspector who had a break to help

Jo did a very thorough and detailed inspection of our home in La Jolla. Luckily he found a leak that could have been easily overlooked and would have cost us 30k to repair. Jo was very responsive, professional and easy to deal with. We also appreciate that he put aside his Saturday afternoon plans at the last minute as we had limited time to complete our inspection. Definitely recommend!

If you want a home inspection that combines years of professional experience with the use of technology then I would highly recommend this company. Our inspector was incredibly professional and thorough. The use of infrared, precise measuring tools and others tech combined with the mobile friendly report proved to be invaluable to our decision making process.

I so appreciated Brian from San Diego Home Inspection, Inc. making the trek to Alpine for my home inspection. He was very thorough, explained things in a manner that was easy for me to understand, and was patient in answering all of my questions. The inspection report was a pleasant surprise and included not just a comprehensive report but also pictures and videos. I could even generate my own request for repairs straight from the report.
