No better place for your BMW.
Do not waste you time taking you car anywhere else Jason is extremely knowledgeable and even is a little hard to find makes up for it in competitive prices but especially in service. Kaiser really knows his cars and you can count that he can get it fix no matter the problem. he will take the time to explain what is wrong so you know it will be fix right the first time. I wish i could said the same about most other mechanics

I was traveling from Michigan ,needed service bad and stumbled upon this place by way of a recommendation from a local. As busy as he was, Jason got me in within a couple hours, got me squared away and back on the road! These kinds of places are gems whether you're in a bind or just need regular service. Jason is a veteran and an honest guy, He deserves all the stars he can get!

I have a CL that had quite a few little things wrong with it as well as a faulty electric door mechanism on the drivers side door. I am new to the island and was not sure if I would be able to find someone good to work on it but Jason did an excellent job, far surpassing the shop I used to go to in Bellevue.
He really communicated with me and came across as very conscientious, knowledgeable, and honest. Everything on my list was repaired for a fair price, I am happy to have found him and would definitely recommend Kaiser's to anyone in need of an excellent mechanic!

So glad I found Kaiser's Garage. I was nervous about finding a reputable, reliable mechanic for Foreign cars on the Island. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, they worked on my car immediately, have incredibly reasonable rates and I was on my way in less than an hour.
Jason came across as genuine, concerned about the right repair for my new BMW, and eager to earn my trust. I will definitely return to Kaiser's for my next Service and repair, and if all goes like today, will quickly be a loyal client.

Have a 2008 bmw 335i and had multiple misfires on the car, took it to Kaisers garage and Jason the owner knew exactly what the problem was! Super nice guy and he will help you the best that he can! Knows everything about BMW and really helped me out a lot, no doubt about that! You can definitely trust him and save a lot money from going to any other mechanic shop for your BMW!

Very rude on the phone when inquiring if he works on cars other than Mini, BMW and Sprinter.
EDIT: While the greeting did specify they work on these models as a specialty, it was not out of reason to believe that they may work on other models as well. The owner "prefers the word direct", as stated in their reply, but that's just his convenient way of neglecting responsibility for a terse response made in an aggravated tone of voice. Additionally the phone call was not ended by me, but by the owner who hung up abruptly.
What's funny is that had the owner remained on the line with me I'd have also

I have a 2001 E320 and I have taken it to Jason since we purchased it in 2006. Jason is and has always been very polite & done exceptional work. He goes above and beyond when it comes to his customers, their cars and their needs. He looks over my car for me before EVERY long drive back home. If it needs something he takes care of it. I have a mini cooper s that I bought last fall. I was concerned about finding a reputable BMW mechanic in the area, and found Jason. I'm thrilled that there is a mechanic who does the European cars, and I've found Jason to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I do not think he will take advantage of the fact that I'm an elderly woman, by overcharging me for the work he does or what the car really needs. I'll be taking my Mini to him for ANY work it needs. I highly recommend him to anyone with a BMW or European made vehicle!

In the 4 years I have lived on Whidbey Island I have had to take my MINI in for repairs at Kaiser's Garage twice. Each time Jason has been great to work with. He knows his trade very well, his prices are very reasonable and if you need to get the service stepped up he will gladly reprioritize his workload to help you out if he can. I cannot speak for the other vehicles he services, but he is an expert when it comes to MINIs and I have no doubt it is the same for BMW's, Mercedes and Sprinter vans as well.
