Everyone was great. They were able to get my truck in on short notice as I really needed it for the weekend. They were prompt and courteous. They had finished basic diagnostics by the middle of the day. And best of all, they were great when it was realized that the problem might be covered under an existing warranty.
I will be using them if needed in the future. I choose Gateway for their reviews, and now I'm here to add mine to the choir. My new-to-me Silverado HD 2500 was leaking from the Transfer Case. They quickly diagnosed the problem, rebuilt the transfer case (with a warranty!) and even discovered some other minor issues that improved the trucks performance vastly.

I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income, so I want to get the word out about Gateway transmission, I highly recommend them, their customer service is outstanding they are very professional and have reasonable rates.
Andy the foreman was very professional and explained everything to me, it made me feel very secure.
I walked in and had an appointment the next day I highly recommend them.
