Absolutely the worst experience in all my history of renting! My twin sons rented a condo from this alleged property management company, property manager Tracy Blackmon. My sons are special needs and deemed disabled by the State of Arizona... 3 months into the lease we have to terminate their lease due to a job relocation of my husband, their step-dad. Which for obvious reasons our twin sons have to come, as they are disabled and need continued care and management by their parents. Per the Tenant Disability Housing Act, disabled tenants only need to give a 30 day notice to vacate, without penalty

RENTERS BEWARE! Received message:Replace 2 missing closet doors, drywall repairs, touch up paint through out, replace missing fan globes, replace 6 missing blinds, clean house for a total of $2,013.00. I will absolutely not be held responsible since these were not in the home when I moved in. I have also attached a copy of the video I received in the walk through from realty company-Nicolas on January 27 2020. Clearly there is no blinds, closet doors were already missing in video and glass gloves are still in the same place they were left(water heater closet).

Horrendous company. Other property managers might be fine, but the one who manages my property neglects her tenants. She doesn't return calls or emails, her assistant and the maintenance coordinator are highly incompetent. Most times, nobody answers the phone at the office. My property currently has rats, and they claimed that the contracted exterminator wasn't working right now during the pandemic. I spoke to the company directly and learned that this was a lie. Even when I confronted the management company, they still tried to get me to drop it and wait until "things are back to normal". It took

Wow, I’m actually surprised at all the negative comments. I guess I’ve been fortunate or lucky. I’ve had a few issues with the unit that I had to report but they were all fixed without any hassle.
It may take a little longer than I might like but with everything going on in the world right now it’s completely understandable. I mean it may take a while but nothing unreasonable and once the job is done it’s done very well. So no complaints here, I would definitely recommend anyone to rent with Taylor street!

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but if I can help someone from not having the experience I did I will.
Honestly if you can stay clear of this property company please do.
Our apartment was infested with roaches twice. They would advise a specific date they would come out to change out the filters and alarm batteries and not show up and wouldn't give an update , then just randomly show up a different day instead.
For months the community dryer wasn't working and finally it was fixed but when they fixed it they bumped up the price of it. We notified them and another couple months pass before

The landlord for a little studio I was looking into was very pushy to Jason to get me in. I kept saying to take your time but he insisted I signed the lease that night, because she wanted everything finalized in a matter of hours. They wanted me to pay a month before I would have even moved out there which was fine but once the lease agreement came, they had raised prices, and insisted I sign that night for a place that has no oven and rent magically went up. the landlord was just too focused on getting her money. they were hesitant to use my credit card for payment. I then declined the lease agreement

I highly recommend Taylor Street Property Management. I would be more than happy to live in any community managed by this company. They go out of their way to solve issues in a prompt, efficient manner. We have been more than pleased with the way they handle emergency as well as non-emergent issues. Communication is always returned in a timely manner.

Great place! great location! I recently had two issues with a light not working in the bedroom and the shower knob not working. They were here the next day! Chris the maintenance guy called when he was ten minutes away and he arrived on time. Chris was fantastic!!! He knew exactly what the problems were and fixed everything right away!
