I have experience the as in the other review. My policy was canceled on 1/7/2017 because of the high rates and lack of communication. An escrow check was sent out by my insurance company on 1/11 and processed by State Farm on 1/24, that's right, 17 days after my policy was canceled, they took a check and deposited into my account. Since the agency has been unreliable on straightening this out, I reached out to the call center. I was told that this is the correct process, which was to cash a check on the policy even if it has been canceled, then getting the money back. They said sometimes it
