Been with them for 3+ years but there isn’t much to say that hasn’t been said. Great agency, great prices! Ive dealt personally with everyone in the office at this point and the whole group is wonderful. Justin and Romah are very knowledgeable on the products they offer and Nicole is always there to assist with any billing, discount questions, etc I may have. Argelis and his team were a god send when the pandemic started and money was a bit tight. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to save a few bucks or just looking to get a better agent!

Great service, great prices! Highly recommend Argelis and his team. We own a restaurant on the island that we insured with Argelis (and our home and cars as well). We had a claim recently and Argelis handled it swiftly and he had someone reach out every step of the process to keep us updated. Within one week, I had my car back on the road (repaired and headache free). Its a little less stress but it also allows me to focus on keeping my restaurant open in these trying times.

I live in Roslyn so its nice having an agent so close by. I had quite a few questions while transitioning my policies over from Allstate and Argelis took his time explaining the whole process and kept me in the loop. They also have great bundling options to help save money. Overall, my experience with Argelis and his team have been pretty great. Highly recommend; if you have the option go for the bundle. Im saving about 400 dollars every 6 months.

Me and my husband live pretty far upstate but decided on having Argelis as our agent anyways. We had Argelis insure our business property and vehicles. We are saving a fair amount of money but its just really nice to have our policies in one place and to be able to call a single agent who will be able to answer any question we have. The process overall was pain free. Argelis took care of everything regarding cancellation of my previous policies, getting me my refund, etc.

Ive been with Argelis for (approx) two years now. My policies took a rate reduction recently so I figured this warranted a review. I was already saving money but I was informed that my cars are going down another 10% or so. Anyways, service here is great! Its nice knowing they are so close by and open almost every day of the week. So yeah, great prices and great service. Get a quote! It takes like 5 minutes :)
