Services
Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Stephanie uses two languages in her day to day life. She primarily lives and practices Counselling in English while a student in the Douglas College Sign Language Interpreting program to work towards translating psychological resources into American Sign Language.
Counselling is designed to meet your needs. Some people feel very comfortable sharing with someone new while others prefer more time to become open. Some people are hoping for tools to take home while some prefer a supportive place to let go of life's burdens. Each person's needs are unique to them and a therapist is there to meet you in that place.
Counselling meets you where you are; this means you can come in any state, with any concern or struggle, and at any time in your process. Below are some reasons for which some people reach out for counselling. Please note that this list is not comprehensive. Due to the individuality of people, there are endless reasons to seek support because every concern is valid and welcome.
Anger: At yourself or the veterinary care providers for not being able to save your beloved pet, or even at your pet, for breaking your heart. Acceptance: I can honour and remember my pet with love and know I will be okay, and eventually, better than okay. It is heartbreaking to loose a pet and a counsellor will provide come alongside you so you can experience the difficult emotions in a supported way.

Unfortunately, my husband and I have been incredibly disappointed with our experience post-wedding.
We were married in late May, and finalized payments in late June. Our contract states the video was estimated to take between 7 and 15 weeks to complete. In an email, I was told it could take up to 21 weeks, but that it has never taken that long, and would be more like 15-17 weeks. With Covid pushing 2020 weddings into 2021, I understood the further delay. After the 21 week

My husband and I truly loved the work they did for our wedding teaser video and they caught some of our most beloved moments from our special day. Avery was great to work with and always responsive. I usually only found success going through him when trying to make contact as my emails would not go through and they sparsely responded through their company email. I am scoring 3 stars mostly because of our experience after. They had sent the teaser video pretty quickly after I inquired, but per the contract we were supposed to receive a thumb drive with the rest of the footage about 14-16 weeks out

I hired Avery from Live Authentically for my wedding in September of 2019. And I have ZERO complaints. He offers customizable packages with a very affordable payment plan. My husband and I had some tough times with money, and Avery was so very kind and patient the entire time. I watch my highlight video a million times a day— and am very blessed to have the videos I have of our day / night. I HIGHLY recommend! You will not regret it. ❤️

Live Authentically shot my video for my wedding. According to my contract and what I payed for, I should have received my video within 3-4 weeks from my wedding date. It took 6 weeks and me messaging the company to finally receive the "highlight video". I do admit, the highlight video was very well done, however it turned out to be a very expensive 6 minute video. Two months after my wedding, again, I had to message the company asking for the rest of my wedding footage. Upon my request they finally sent it out in the mail for me.
