I wish I could give Vero Green six stars or more! This complex is awesome!! This community is really safe, affordable, and clean. The floor plans are so good with spacious closets. The unit you receive is most likely to be in perfect condition, I could not find any major problem to put into move in check list. The unit smells so good. I never seen any cockroaches or other pests inside the unit. The landscaping is always in great and clean condition. Never seen any tall grass or anything else there.

My wife and I lived here for three years while I worked a job for a legacy aircraft company. The community is run by great property managers and the maintenance crew were always super responsive. Once, our refrigerator/freezer started failing on a Friday evening. I placed an emergency request and not even 90 minutes later, the two maintenance guys were there hauling a new fridge up to our second story unit on their off time. Anytime I need maintenance, they usually came same day unless it was placed at like 4:55 PM. The apartments themselves are acceptable too. A bit dated to be completely honest

I love this apartment complex! I had just moved from out of State and the community, front office, and maintenance folks have all been so kind and welcoming! Any maintenance concerns I've had have been addressed and handled ASAP. Very quiet place to live and very dog friendly! Also, the location is very close to anywhere you would need to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend for anyone looking to rent an apartment in Vero.

Vero Green is the perfect place to live.. It is close to the highway and shops and beaches. The property is well maintained. The pool is great and clean. Kelly and Kristina are so helpful. They are funny and always there when you need a hand. Bobby and Ron keep the property going. They are quick to respond when there is a problem and very pleasant. I would strongly recommend this property.

The sales agent Kelly, helped my wife and I to obtain a two bedroom apartment sight unseen at Vero Green Apartments when we lived in Arizona. She has been personable, conscientious, has a sense of humor, but most importantly has treated my wife and I like a member of her family. Rather than interested in making a sale, she is a sales agent that actually displays compassion and empathy towards future tenants. She's the main reason we moved to Vero Green Apartments.

Never lived here but I have talked with staff and residents who seem pleasant and like the complex. I’ve always liked its central location and it’s well kept appearance. I’ve been told by management that it is 100% occupied so they must be doing something right! A lot of the units back up to a nice scenic waterway. There is also a clubhouse, pool, and two play areas.
