Orchard Grove Apartments

Very poor maintenance and very poor communication between Office and Residents. The quality has dropped dramatically since I moved in and I advise any lookers to avoid this community.

Seems like 2 weeks is the common timeline (for this person and the reviews I've read) upon which everything stops working. You'd be better off trying to rent privately from someone rather than dealing w/this apartment complex. Black mold. Broken showers. MUSHROOMS growing in their bathroom. Poor customer service. I give 2 stars for location. LOL. Seems like the issues have exacerbated since changing managing, and thus changing names from Pinnacle grove to Orchard Grove. Apts need to be renovated and the door frames are rusty and they slow to fix things

I highly suggest you take your money elsewhere. For almost a year I have been enduring screaming kids, loud ignorant neighbors, terrible Maitenance employees, and weak office staff.

2 women attend to almost 200 people it's clearly impossible. No one ever answers office phone. Maitenance only shows up for emergencies. I've had to caulk the windows here myself. The walls are paper thin you can hear conversations people have outside clear as day, as well as dirtbikes, loud music, people smoking weed on the staircase, people hanging out in the street smoking more weed. This place is dangerous

I’ve lived in these apartments for 2 years. Let me say..I was skeptical moving in because of a friend who was living here previously and stated during monthly inspections she had her stuff moved around and touched so much she installed her own security cameras. So moving in I was nervous. During the first two weeks, almost everything broke on me. The outlets blew, the window popped out, etc. It was a hassle to even get maintenance to come and fix it so they were never fixed. It's a great place to live but they have not reopened the pool or play ground back up n a lot of the children would love to be able to go swimming or play n the play ground especially with as hot as it's been this year

Me and my family have been living here, in Pinnacle Grove Apartments, for almost a year! FIRST & FOREMOST THE OFFICE STAFF ARE AMAZING, VERY UNDERSTANDING, & HELPFUL!!!
Living in any apartment community, with children, can tend to be a little stressful sometimes! This is the best apartment community i have ever lived in. The most professional maintenance & office staff, are always available for us, no matter what the situation. The grounds here are always well maintained & no trash all around! I am very happy living here & i also know my children are SAFE!
I would recommend living in Pinnacle
