If I could give negative stars I would! Rude, they don’t respond to homeowner complaints even during an emergency, worst property management I have dealt with so far. I will never understand the need for a property management company when they do NOTHING! other than taking a salary that comes from our monthly payments.

I have never met a more unprofessional company. I went to drop a client check, the receptionist could not find his file, so she get up turn off the light and left me alone in the lobby, I was in shock, no even a word.

Worst property management company in Miami. Stay away. Melissa is very rude and never responds to any calls or emails. Literally called 56 times and three emails and 4 voicemails and took 48 hours to respond. This is not the first time we can never get in contact. Please take your money elsewhere you will just be wasting your time with these people. STAY AWAY! I wish you could add ZERO stars. So unprofessional. Why work if you’re too lazy to communicate with your clients. Straight trash.

I am resident of Villagio of Palmetto Bay, we are having a horrible customer service from Caribbean Management, they leave us waiting for a long time in the phone, today I was trying to say that the informations of the management that we have in the laundry room were old, they changed the management one year ago, and the attendant was rude, e transferred me to another call without letting me finish what I was saying.
We are having a huge problem with laundry machine, every week there are available 2 or 3 machines, and trying to contact the management to report the problem we have this disrespectful

I have never met a more unprofessional company. I call repeatedly and can never speak to the manager because she is never there. I leave messages and never get my calls returned . Absolutely, unbelievable in this day and age with so many ways to get back to people.

Terrible services I just bough a house, they manages the association for that property, I have being trying to get the information in order for me to pay the association fee and no body answers my emails, phone calls. I went yesterday to the office and for me to get the information I need a appointment. This is incredibly I need to beg them to provide me the information 😡

Horrible attention to customer service. Get back to you when they feel like it whenever you have a problem. I am pretty sure after 2 calls, they block your number and just say they never got your call to begin with.

Lived there for years and they never resolved anything on a timely manner. They never answer emails or phone calls. Had to sell my property just to not deal with them anymore. Seriously the worse staff and company ever. Thank God I left.

They have a terrible service to say the least, they now started sending violation letters to the entire Gladewinds community trying to intimidate almost everyone, but to the person who owns over 12 houses they do not send any compliance letters, favoritism and corruption allowed by our politicians in Florida. The so called President of the HOA has a reverse mortgage since 2007 for her house which back then market value was around $280K obtaining fraudulently $505K back on 11/7/2007, they should be in jail for doing such a scam
