I am not pleased, applied for a apartment through them back in July, they where supposed to be Subsidized in the process of being built, well they were completed late Sept 2021, I was contacted on Oct 8, 2021, asking if I still wanted the apartment, I said of course sense my husband and myself are still without housing and not to mention we have paid both our applications fees a total of $70.00. Well it is now December 15, 2021, we still don't have an apartment an they don't contact me back when I call main office, Property manager, will text back but she never seems to know anything, I do not

These people prey on people who don't have much money. They should be ashamed of themselves. This company is so unprofessional and unpleasant. Please use your housing voucher with another company and research their reviews prior to signing a lease. I wish I could give them negative stars 🌟. Don't waste your time or life with these slumlords. The put families in low income areas where the environment is rough. Keep your family safe and stay away from these people.

They walk into your apt whenever they want go through your personal stuff.there are mice on the 3rd floor.they have people 3-6 months behind on rent and when. you pay the pm is trying to shake you down for every penny.they have people living in here who dont belong.took them 10 months to fix my gfci how did this pass inspection.they strong arm you in this place.do not go.im letting every veteran know about this scam.

Where do I start? My best friend has a property from them and nothing gets fixed at all. Sewage was coming out the pipes in the basement and it took them 3 days to come out and fix it, also under the sink it's alot of mold that was reported from over a year ago that hasn't gotten fixed. Windows are hard to open, bed bugs, mold and sewage in the basement. Columbus property needs to get it together!

I know someone who is renting an apartment from them and they have a lot of problems with them far as fixing stuff in the apartment such as the leaks when it rains by living room window
and it been like that for over a year since they filed an report that it needs to be fixed. They don't fix anything in the apartment and manage to still go up on the rent, also I can recall one time the heat was off for two weeks last winter even after it was reported.

PhA was suppose to be here today. I have waited all day long, I have a dog to walk, and they can't even give up the courtesy of a phone call. I have lived in this apartment for ten years, this is the Third time PHa and Columbus property management has treated me like this in the past. In addition, when I first moved in it took them three years to fix broken windows that would not close, It does not matter how nice you are to management or their representatives they You wait for days if not months for them to do basic repairs... Case in Point, the contract says 24 hour emergency services that is

I live in Golden Rule Plaza on 1050 New jersey Ave, NW Apt 719. I had a problem with bed bugs. This was on Saturday, October the 1. I did not get any help with this problem until Wednesday, October, 5. Even though I was told by the residence manager early Monday morning Oct. 3rd that she was sending some one up that morning. It did not happen.l had just gotten out of GW Hosp. My asthma attack was so bad, I was sent home with 2 nurses and an OT and PT. The residence manger kept telling me she was sending some one up to my apt. That didn't happen until 10/5 in the afternoon. Because of my asthma
