Rep Max Performance
At Rep Max Performance, we believe that to be successful in achieving your goals, you have to cut through all the fads and go straight to the proven, core principles of fitness and health. We know that the way to get the best results is to focus on strategies that yield the highest return and cut out the noise and nonsense.

Since 2018, we've coached over 300 individuals in putting this into practice. Whether they are olympic weightlifters in national level competitions or people wanting to get their health on track, our athletes are prepped mentally and physically to accomplish their biggest goals. I have been going to Rep Max Performance for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but a positive experience lifting here.
Services
Every journey starts with the first steps and every athlete starts at the basics. In this 8-week program, we'll work together in building the foundation for a lifetime of olympic weightlifting. Beginner weightlifting open coaching times are from Monday through Friday 5am-10am and 7pm-9pm and Saturday from 12pm-2pm.
All our athletes start with a 3-session or 12-session on-boarding process. In this on-boarding, you will work closely with one of our coaches in movement assessments and goal setting. Set up a consultation below or sign up for your first session to begin your time as a Rep Max athlete. Every journey starts with the first steps and every athlete starts at the basics.
With Tier 1 Remote Coaching, you receive a full 8 or 12 week program with video explanations through our TrainHeroic software and monthly check-ins with one of our coaches! In Tier 2 Remote Coaching, you get our TEAM programming, working in unison with the large network of our in-house and remote athletes after a short period of individualized programming.
Join RMP 360, guided by our motivating coaching staff in helping you improve in the gym so that you can live your best life, outside of it. Be a part of a small group of up to 6 like-minded individuals in chasing your goals, and make new friends in the process. We take pride in providing a fun and challenging environment for training.
In a safe and motivating environment, your child can join our team to work closely with our coaches and the rest of their soon-to-be teammates in helping them achieve the goals they set for themselves. Youth Training times are Tuesday and Friday from 3:30-5:30pm and each session is conducted in hour-long small group training.

I couldn’t recommend this gym enough! From the first time I dropped in until now becoming a member, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. All the coaches are so friendly, supportive, and welcoming. The environment and community is great for all levels of athletes, and everyone there is so nice!

Come here not just to train, but for financial and investing discussion!
Adam and Jeff run a tight ship here. Good amount of room to perform the routine of your choice with good safety precautions. A business that is well worth supporting. Not only good for olympic weightlifters and powerlifters, but also just good for general strength training.

I have nothing but great things to say about Rep Max Performance. They have all the equipment I could ever need, and then some, and everything is kept clean. I feel that some gyms can feel intimidating, but I have never felt that way here; the environment is extremely positive and welcoming for all groups and levels. Also, the coaches here are care about each and every member, and their uniques goals. I would not go anywhere else

This is a great place to get started on Olympic weightlifting. I had the pleasure of working with the phenomenal Coach Jeff! Not only does he have so much knowledge to impart, seeing him go through his own training lets me know that he practices what he preaches. It's not easy finding coaches/trainers that have a strong background in a sport, understand the science behind it, and who genuinely care, but Rep Max Performance definitely has that going on. I definitely recommend coming to check them out, even if it's only to see what they offer because I know they'll impress you.

Can't say enough about this gym. The coaches will bring the very best out of you! The coaching staff are very friendly and knowledgeable that makes you want to be excited to do weightlifting. The facility has everything you need for strength and conditioning. The overall atmosphere is awesome with encouraging teammates and coaches that makes you want push through your limits! I was able to hit several lifetimes personal records while performing exercises with correct forms. Adam and Jeff are very accommodating and will create programs that is tailored to make you a better athlete!

The best coaches and the best facilities. Everyone who lifts here become like family. It is a great environment. The coaches are also available remotely but are so tuned into your workouts that it is like they are sitting with you. They are also great about nutrition coaching so you can be as strong as possible. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
