Longevity Sport and Fitness was established and founded by Entrepreneur, Athlete, Coach, and Author Chris Long in the summer of 2015. Sarah's love for fitness began at a young age as a dancer, training in jazz, modern, ballet, tap and contemporary. Originally from Seattle, WA she moved to California to attend Chapman University where she graduated with high honors and received a B.S. in Kinesiology with a Dance Emphasis and B.F.A in Dance Performance.

Wow. I can't say how great Chris Long is as a coach and trainer. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. With his help I've lost 12 pounds since Jan 01 2018. He will push you harder than you've ever worked. His workouts are very tough but you can go at your own pace. Keep in mind he will push you. You can tell he really cares about his members. You get a feeling a close knit community. You don't get that from a big gym.

You will be challenged and pushed beyond what you THOUGHT possible. He will also keep you accountable with your eating.... he is the real deal, full package.

Had my first training session today after finding Longevity Costa Mesa on Classpass. The two minute interval training is NO joke. You will be pushed to exhaustion and will feel the best workout possible in 45-60 minutes. You can look forward to a crazy mix of weights, running, drills, and shredding!
A great place for everyone from fitness newbs to seasoned athletes. Just walk by and see how ripped the staff are and you'll know what you're getting yourself into. Bring your hydration and your A game!!
